Hello and welcome to Padden’s Booze Blog. I orginally set up this blog to record all of the information relating to my new found pastime of brewing beer. I’ve been doing this now for a while and have lost track of the recipes, tasting notes etc. of all my fantastic brews. What better way to keep track and at the same time share my ideas with the world than a Web Log! Here we go……
