		<description>Hey Pete, Nelson Sauvin has it&#039;s own unique flavour but still in a similar group as amarillo and cascade. However cascade and amarillo are great hops to use just on their own. Cascade would be my pick and the Mirror Pond on my site is a pretty good drop. If you wanted to just go amarillo (ie golden ale) I would recommend using the Dr Smurto Golden Ale recipe on the Aussie Home Brewer site.</description>
